BAM Milk Chocolate is a premium baking chocolate containing 31.5% cocoa solids, but no real cocoa butter or real vanilla. It is ideal for mousses, ganaches, custards, biscuits and pralines. It is shaped into smaller droplets, which allows the chocolate to melt more evenly and faster. It has a fine caramel flavour and a creamy texture.

The chocolate is gluten-free.

Sugar, cocoa butter, whole milk powder, cocoa mass, emulsifier: soya lecithin, natural vanilla flavour.

Minimum 35,1 % cocoa solids, minimum 21,8 % milk solids and minimum 6 % milk fat.

How to store

Chocolate should be stored at a temperature between 15 and 20°C in a dry, dark place. The room temperature should never exceed 25°C and the chocolate should not be exposed to direct light. Avoid storing chocolate in a refrigerator.
