Break the chocolate into small pieces and melt over a water bath or in the microwave. Soften the butter and mix with the sugar to make a creamy mixture.

Separate the egg yolks from the egg whites and stir in the egg yolks, cooled melted chocolate and chopped pine nuts to the cream mixture. Gently fold in the flour and stiff egg white whites.

Prepare a baking tray, line it with baking paper and pour the chocolate mixture into it. Place the baking tray in a preheated oven at 160 degrees for about 50 minutes.

Then sprinkle the chocolate dessert with icing sugar or cocoa powder and serve chilled.
