The Chocolate Souffle Mix creates a fluffy and airy base for the French dessert. Enrich the chocolate mixture with the fruity notes of the raspberry jam, which contains at least 50% raspberries, and the creaminess of pistachios.

The BAM Raspberry and Pistachio Souffle Set contains the Chocolate Souffle Mix (250 g), Raspberry Fruit jam (200 g) and Pistachio Spread (200 g). The mixture creates a fluffy and airy base for the chocolate souffle, which is further enhanced by the fruity notes of the raspberry and the creamy spread made from at least 50% finely ground pistachios.
BAM baking products are intended for both, home creators as well as professional confectioners who whish to take their baking creations to a next level.
The toppings should be stored in a cool, dry and dark place at a temperature of 20 °C or less. The room temperature should not exceed 20 °C. The product should not be exposed to direct sunlight. Once opened, keep tightly sealed in the refrigerator and consume as soon as possible.
