The Leaneen Big Pastry Pack consists of the BAM baking products that pastry artist Leaneen loves to use in her recipes. The pack contains BAM white chocolate (1 kg), BAM dark chocolate (1 kg), BAM milk chocolate (1 kg) and BAM universal vanilla paste (50 ml). The combination and quantity of products is suitable for both those who create sweet recipes repeatedly and those who make desserts occasionally. BAM chocolates are packaged in convenient packaging so that they do not lose their freshness and authentic taste once opened. In addition to their universal use, the chocolates have another great advantage. They are shaped into smaller drops, which allow them to melt faster and more evenly. They are also suitable for all kinds of desserts such as biscuits, custards, mousses, ganaches, ice creams and other chocolate cream structures.
