BAM Dark Chocolate is a very versatile, premium baking chocolate. Cocoa butter, 55.6% cocoa solids and real vanilla give the chocolate just the right bitter chocolate taste. Thanks to its versatility, it can be used in almost any dessert. BAM dark chocolate becomes indispensable for chocolate decorations, chocolate mousses or other desserts where the authentic and bitter chocolate flavour plays a major role. The chocolate is shaped into smaller droplets which allows the chocolate to melt quickly and evenly. The chocolate is gluten-free.

And you can keep it at home even if you don''t prepare desserts very often, because it comes in a convenient package that prevents the chocolate from losing its authentic smell or taste once opened. The chocolate contains at least 55.6% cocoa solids, real cocoa butter and real vanilla, which results in an authentic and just-right bittersweet taste.

BAM chocolate is for all home-makers and professional confectioners who want to add the icing on the cake with a delicious chocolate.

Ingredients

Cocoa mass, sugar, cocoa butter, emulsifier: soya lecithin, vanilla flavour.

May contain traces of milk. Cocoa fraction minimum 55,6 %.

How to store

Chocolate should be stored at a temperature between 15 and 20°C in a dry, dark place. The room temperature should never exceed 25°C and the chocolate should not be exposed to direct light. Avoid storing chocolate in a refrigerator.
