BAMChocolate.com - The sweetest online shop for high quality baking products. BAM products are for everyone who loves to create with high-quality ingredients and sophisticated flavours, even in their own home kitchen.

Ingredients:

  • 130 g butter
  • 60 g sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 150 g flour
  • 1 baking powder
  • 1 tablespoon cocoa
  • 100 g powdered sugar
  • 3 tablespoons of rum
  • ground walnuts or hazelnuts

Instructions:

1
In a bowl, combine the butter, sugar, egg yolk, flour and baking powder smoothly with an electric mixer.
2
Grease or line a rectangular baking tray with baking paper. Put the prepared dough in the baking tray and bake until golden in a preheated oven at 180 degrees.
3
When the dough is baked, cool it slightly. Crumble the dough and then shake it in another bowl. Add the ground walnuts (or hazelnuts), cocoa, caster sugar, rum and egg white whites.
4
Mix everything together and form the mixture into pyramid-shaped lumps. Place the pyramids on a baking tray.
5
Finally, prepare the dressing. Melt the chocolate with 2 tablespoons of sugar, 3 tablespoons of milk and a knob of butter over a water bath. Stir until the chocolate is very smooth.
6
Pour it over the pyramids. Allow to cool and serve.
