Each bite is filled with melting chocolate chunks, but even without them, these biscuits would be delicious. The dough has a rich, warm flavour that is perfectly accentuated by a pinch of salt.

Preheat the oven to 180°C. Line two baking trays with baking paper. In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt. Stir until the ingredients are combined.

In a large bowl, whisk the brown sugar, coconut oil, water and BAM vanilla paste until smooth. Pour the dry ingredients into the bowl with the wet ingredients and stir. Add the BAM dark chocolate. Scoop the dough with a cookie scoop or spoon and place on the prepared baking trays. Bake the biscuits for 12 to 14 minutes. After this time, remove the biscuits from the oven and leave to cool on the baking tray for at least 10 minutes. Then serve! And have a good run!
