Whisk together the egg, egg yolks, sugar and softened butter. Add 3 tablespoons of milk, baking powder, flour and lemon zest.

Stir it all together and add the chocolate drops at the end. Save some for sprinkles too!

Prepare a baking tray and line it with baking paper, then spoon the mounds onto it and sprinkle with chocolate drops.

Place the baking tray with the chocolate rocks in a preheated oven at 200 degrees and bake the confectionery for about 15 minutes.
