Instructions:

Peel the pears and cut off the bottom so that they can stand upright.

Boil the water with the juice of one lemon, sugar and cloves to taste.

Cook the pears for about 10 - 15 minutes. Once cooked, pour melted chocolate over the pears, cool and serve with whipped cream or ice cream.
