Preheat the oven to 175°C. Line 2 large baking trays with baking paper. Beat the butter and peanut butter until creamy. Add both sugars and BAM vanilla paste and beat again until smooth. Add the egg and beat until the ingredients are combined. Add the flour, baking powder and salt until you have a smooth cookie dough. Then add half the amount of BAM chocolate drops and mix again.

Roll out the dough into about 15 balls and arrange them on the lined baking tray. Add the remaining BAM chocolate drops on top of each cookie. Bake for about 10-11 minutes until the tops are golden. Allow the biscuits to cool on a wire rack for about 15 minutes.
