Melt the butter and brown sugar in a saucepan and stir over a medium heat until the sugar melts. Then add the peanut butter and icing sugar and stir.

Place the mixture in the fridge for 1 hour to chill. Using a spoon, shape the chilled mixture into eggs and place them on a baking tray lined with baking paper.

Place the baking tray in the fridge for about 20 minutes to set the eggs. Break the chocolate into small pieces (you can also add vanilla or almond flavouring, for example, for a better taste) and melt it over a water bath or in the microwave.

Pour the melted chocolate over the cooled eggs and place them back in the fridge for about 15 minutes. Repeat the process again.
