Melt the chocolate chunks and softened butter over a water bath.

Whisk the eggs and sugar separately. Add the melted chocolate, yoghurt, cocoa, vanilla sugar and flour with baking powder to the mixture.

Stir the mixture slowly and carefully. Prepare a greased baking tray and pour the prepared mixture into it.

Place the baking tray in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for about 45 minutes. Serve the chocolate cake with yoghurt cooled and garnish with a sprinkle of icing sugar, if desired.
