The Macarons confectionery set contains the BAM French Macaron mix (250 g) and four different flavours of the famous BAM toppings. The set contains BAM products selected by pastry artist Gorazd Potočnik. With the BAM Macaron Mix, we wanted to simplify the preparation of a dessert that is considered the fear and trembling of every pastry chef. With the Macaron Mix, you can prepare a dessert that is otherwise prepared with awe-inspiring reverence. BAM products should be stored at a temperature between 15 and 20°C, in a dry and dark place. The room temperature should never exceed 25°C and the products should not be exposed to direct light. Store in tightly closed packaging. Once opened, store BAM fruit toppings, tightly sealed, in the refrigerator and use within 5 days.
