The BAM Macaroon Mix (250 g) creates a manageable mass that can be used to make 20 macaroons. You can decorate your next cake with macaroons or fill them with BAM chocolate ganache and offer them as a stand-alone dessert. You can also add the fruity flavours of BAM toppings to the macaroons or impress with creamy fillings made with BAM spreads. Preparing macarons with BAM Macaron Mix will be absolutely easy, as all you need to add is water. The prepared macaroni shells can also be stored in the freezer and used whenever they are needed.

Sugar, almonds (21 %), starch, dehydrated egg white, emulsifiers (E475, E471, E433), thickener: xanthan gum (E415), flavour.
May contain traces of gluten, soya, milk, sulphites and other nuts.
The mixture should be stored at a temperature between 15 and 20°C in a dry, dark place. The room temperature should never exceed 25°C and the mixture should not be exposed to direct light. Avoid refrigerated storage. Store in tightly closed containers.
Chocolate Tip: Fill the macaroons with BAM chocolate ganache, BAM chocolate topping cream or BAM vanilla cream.
