Ingredients:

  • 150 g of your favourite chocolate pasta (spaghetti, mussels or drill)
  • 50g butter
  • 10g cardamom
  • 30g pine nuts
  • 30g shelled roasted and crushed hazelnuts
  • 40g sugar
  • 40g dry breadcrumbs
  • 1 tablespoon Italian liqueur (optional)

Instructions:

Melt the butter in a large bowl, add the cardamom seeds, pine nuts and hazelnuts and fry a little.

Add the sugar and breadcrumbs and fry gently until they turn brown.

Add the liqueur.

Pour the sauce over the pasta and stir, serve on a warm plate and sprinkle with icing sugar. Have a good run!
