Put the sugar in a pan and heat until the caramel (or roasted sugar) is golden brown.

Shake the hazelnut kernels on a baking tray and place it in an oven preheated to 170 degrees for about 10 minutes. Remove the reddish skin from the roasted kernels and mix them with the caramel, then cool.

Finely blend the hazelnut mixture in an electric mixer.

In another bowl, add the sweet cream and the chopped milk chocolate and stir until the chocolate is completely melted. Then add the hazelnut crumbs to the melted chocolate.
