Prepare a water bath in which to melt the chocolate. Shake the chocolate drops into the bowl and immediately add the condensed milk. Stir until the chocolate is completely melted and the mixture is smooth. Then add the vanilla extract.

Cover the container with cling film, place in the fridge and leave to chill for about 2 hours.

When the mixture is chilled, take it out of the fridge and form the chocolate mixture into balls. Use a spoon or ice cream scoop to help. Place the balls on a baking tray lined with baking paper.

Melt the milk chocolate drops over a water bath.

Dip the balls in melted milk chocolate and garnish with sea salt while the chocolate is still warm. Tip: You can also use a toothpick to help you dip the balls in the chocolate.

Chill in the fridge and serve.
