1. Step Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius. Line a baking tray with baking paper or lightly grease with butter and sprinkle with flour.

3. Step In another bowl, combine the oats, flour, baking soda, baking powder, salt BAM spice mix Biscuits & PastriesGradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients and stir until you have an even mixture.
4. Step Pour the batter into the prepared baking tray and level it. You can place a few slices of banana on top for extra flavour and decoration.
5. Step Bake the bread in the preheated oven for about 50-60 minutes or until golden brown and a toothpick test in the middle of the bread comes out clean (no dough marks).
6. Step When the bread is baked, remove it from the oven and leave it to cool in the baking tray for a few minutes. When the bread is completely cooled, slice it and serve. Enjoy juicy banana bread with yoghurt and oat flakes!
