
Ingredients:
- 2 ripe bananas, mashed
- 1/2 cup yoghurt (you can use plain or Greek yoghurt)
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1 egg
- 1 teaspoon BAM vanilla paste
- 1 cup oat flakes
- 1 cup flour
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon Biscuits & Cakes spice mix
- A few banana slices for decoration (optional)
- 1/4 cup Oil
Instructions:

Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius. Line a baking tray with baking paper or lightly grease with butter and sprinkle with flour.

In a large bowl, combine the mashed bananas, yoghurt, brown sugar, melted butter or oil, egg and BAM vanilla paste. Mix well.

In another bowl, combine the oats, flour, baking soda, baking powder, salt BAM spice mix Biscuits & PastriesGradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients and stir until you have an even mixture.

Pour the batter into the prepared baking tray and level it. You can place a few slices of banana on top for extra flavour and decoration.

Bake the bread in the preheated oven for about 50-60 minutes or until golden brown and a toothpick test in the middle of the bread comes out clean (no dough marks).

When the bread is baked, remove it from the oven and leave it to cool in the baking tray for a few minutes. When the bread is completely cooled, slice it and serve. Enjoy juicy banana bread with yoghurt and oat flakes!
