- 350 g plain flour
- 150 g finely ground almonds
- 250 g cold butter
- 140 g crystal sugar
- lemon zest
- 2 eggs (size class M)
- 7 g baking powder
- raspberry jam or BAM raspberry dressing
- powdered sugar
Do you usually have a packet of Linz biscuits in your shopping basket too ? I like biscuits because they are simple; if they come with jam, all the better! This time, raspberry jam is on the list of ingredients, but you can use any jam you have at home - the important thing is that it''s thick enough. You can also use BAM raspberry dressing. Baked biscuits are crumbly, but when spread with jam they become as if you bought them in the shop: soft and delicious, the best for me!
