Ingredients: 3 tbsp BAM White Pistachio Spread 250 g mascarpone cheese 1 tbsp powdered sugar 1 tsp BAM vanilla paste 200 ml heavy cream 200 ml chilled strong coffee 150 g savoiardi (ladyfinger) biscuits Chopped pistachios for topping Instructions: 1. Prepare the cream: Mix mascarpone, BAM White Pistachio Spread, powdered sugar, and vanilla paste until smooth. In a separate bowl, whip the cream until stiff peaks form, then gently fold into the mascarpone mixture. 2. Prepare the biscuits: Quickly dip savoiardi biscuits into chilled coffee (1–2 seconds per side). 3. Assemble: In a rectangular dish or small glasses, layer dipped biscuits, then half of the cream. In another bowl, whip the sweet cream until stiff peaks form.

Gently fold the whipped cream into the mascarpone mixture to make a uniform cream.

Preparation of biscuits:

In a shallow dish, mix the cooled coffee.

Quickly dip the biscuits in the coffee mixture (about 1-2 seconds on each side) so that they don't get too wet.

Assembling the tiramisu:

Arrange a layer of soaked biscuits in a rectangular baking tray or individual glasses.

Cover them with half of the prepared cream.

Then add a second layer of soaked biscuits and finish with the remaining cream.
