Melt the milk chocolate with the butter over a water bath and stir until the mixture is completely liquid and smooth.

In another bowl, beat the softened butter and sugar until foamy and gradually add the egg yolks. Finally, stir in the slightly cooled melted chocolate and ground almonds and the stiff egg white whites.

Then prepare a baking tray lined with baking paper and pour the batter in. Place it in an oven preheated to 180 degrees for about 60 minutes.

In the meantime, prepare the chocolate topping. Add the sweet cream and the dark chocolate chunks to the heat. Stir until the chocolate is melted.

Pour the cooled topping over the cooled cake and place in the fridge for a while to set the chocolate.
