Ingredients:

  • Chocolate pasta (spaghetti, mussels or drills)
  • 500 g raspberries
  • 100 g powdered sugar
  • whipping cream

Instructions:

Combine the raspberries and sugar in a saucepan, heat until the sugar melts. Blend with a stick blender. Strain through a thick sieve. Use the back of a spoon to squeeze out all the juice. Reserve a few spoonfuls of the raspberry sauce itself for decoration.

Then put the sauce pot back on the stove and add 100 ml of liquid whipping cream. Let the sauce come to the boil and stir until it thickens. Cool the sauce.

Place the sauce in a deep dish and place a mound of organic chocolate candies in the centre of the sauce. Drop a few drops of the sauce from the raspberries and sugar into the sauce. Sprinkle the candies with sugar for decoration, and sprinkle with a piece of dried ginger in sugar. Use a leaf or two of lemon balm.
