Ingredients: 200 g of ground biscuits 160 g of melted butter 500 ml cold water BAM cheesecake mix 600 ml whipping cream 200 g BAM protein coconut spread 150 g BAM white chocolate drops Procedure: - In a bowl, mix well 200 g of ground biscuits and 160 g of melted butter. Spread this mixture evenly over the base of the cake tin to create a base. - In another bowl, mix 500 ml cold water and BAM cheesecake mix. Whisk in 500 ml of cream and gradually fold it into the mixture, followed by 200 g of BAM protein coconut spread. Mix well to combine all the ingredients evenly. - Pour the prepared mixture into the mould lined with the biscuit base and place the cake in the freezer for at least 1 hour to set. - For the topping, heat 100 ml of cream and stir in 150 g of white BAM chocolate drops until completely melted. - Spread the topping evenly over the hardened cheesecake. - Decorate the cake as desired, for example with coconut chips, fresh fruit or chocolate chips. - Leave the cake at room temperature for a while to thaw slightly before serving.
