- 80 g melted coconut oil (extra virgin cold-pressed)
- 50 ml heavy cream
- 50 ml honey
- grated peel of one orange
- pinch of salt
- 1/2 teaspoon ginger powder
- 50 g BAM chocolate drops
- spoonful of PREMIUM cocoa spread
- a handful of candied orange peel

In a blender, process the coconut flour until smooth and compact.

Add the rest of the ingredients except the chocolate and mix until smooth.

When the mixture is cooled, add the chocolate and PREMIUM chocolate spread.

Spread the mixture in a baking tray lined with baking paper.

Refrigerate to set and then cut into cubes.
