This pistachio overnight oats with BAM pistachio spread is a nourishing and creamy breakfast you can prep in advance with no cooking. The oats soften overnight into a smooth texture, while the pistachio protein spread adds a rich flavor and extra protein. ?Ingredients • 100 g oats • 2 tbsp chia seeds • 2 tbsp honey or to taste • 250 ml milk of choice • ½ tsp matcha • 2 tsp BAM pistachio protein spread • 1 tsp BAM pistachio protein spread • a small amount of BAM white chocolate • 2 tbsp chopped pistachios Instructions: Base: Mix the oats, chia seeds, matcha, honey, milk, and BAM pistachio protein spread until smooth. Divide the mixture into jars and add an extra teaspoon of pistachio spread in the center. Topping and chilling: Melt the white chocolate and pour it in a thin layer over the oats, then sprinkle with chopped pistachios. Cover the jars and place them in the fridge for at least three hours or overnight so the texture sets and flavors come together.
