- 70 g whipping cream
- 90 g BAM milk chocolate
- 200 g BAM hazelnut spread (1 spread)
- 120 g mascarpone cheese
- 350 g whipping cream
- 20 g powdered sugar
- chopped roasted hazelnuts

Bring the cream to the boil and pour it over the chocolate. Wait one minute and stir smooth with a spatula. Cool.

Whip 250 g of sweet cream and mix the rest smoothly with the mascarpone cheese, spread and sugar. Fold the whipped cream into the cream with a spatula.

Divide the cooled chocolate between the glasses and fill them with the cream. Place in the fridge to chill well, then sprinkle with hazelnuts and decorate as desired.
