Ingredients:
- 70 g whipping cream
- 90 g BAM milk chocolate
- 200 g BAM hazelnut spread (1 spread)
- 120 g mascarpone cheese
- 350 g whipping cream
- 20 g powdered sugar
- chopped roasted hazelnuts
Although much faster to prepare, it tastes just as fantastic as its namesake cake.
This is due to one of the best spreads from the BAM collection: the hazelnut spread. This is an item to always have on hand – it is so
delicious it allows us to prepare top-notch desserts without any effort.
Combined with milk chocolate and roasted hazelnuts, it gives the chocolates a run for their money! Makes: 4 glasses (200 ml each).
