peanut butter cream spread

This cream for frosting cakes or other desserts is made from peanut butter and serves a fluffy, light and flavour-packed salty-sweet cream texture. This peanut butter cream is made with just 5 ingredients and we are sure you will love it.

If this is your first time making it, we would like to warn you before you make it that it is a little more complicated to make than other spreads. Peanut butter cream requires two different fats; one is provided by peanut butter and the other in this case by plain butter. It will therefore be necessary to take into account the correct fat ratio of the recipe.
