Knead the dough with the flour, butter, sour cream and eggs and place it in the fridge for 2 hours. Meanwhile, whisk the egg yolks with the sugar in a bowl.

Add vanilla essence, ground hazelnuts, chocolate powder and 2 tablespoons of sour whipped cream. Then gently fold the beaten egg whites into the mixture.

Divide the dough in two and roll out thinly. Spread half the dough on a baking tray lined with baking paper.

Spread the chocolate filling over the top and then place the other half of the pastry over the filling. Place the baking tray in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for about 12 minutes.

Sprinkle the chocolate-filled pie with icing sugar once it has cooled and serve.
