The Big Pastry Pack consists of the BAM baking products perfect for creating your favorite desserts. The pack contains BAM white chocolate (1 kg), BAM dark chocolate (1 kg), BAM milk chocolate (1 kg), and BAM universal vanilla paste (50 ml). The combination and quantity of products suit those who repeatedly create sweet recipes and make desserts occasionally. BAM chocolates are packaged conveniently so they do not lose their freshness and authentic taste once opened. In addition to their universal use, the chocolates have another great advantage. They are shaped into smaller drops, which allows them to melt faster and more evenly. They are also suitable for desserts such as biscuits, custards, mousses, ganaches, ice creams, and other chocolate cream structures. BAM vanilla paste quickly takes its place in desserts such as panna cotta, creme brulee, and custard desserts, and the vanilla ice cream will look even more attractive thanks to the vanilla seeds.

How to store

BAM products should be stored between 15 and 20°C in a dry and dark place. The room temperature should never exceed 25°C, and the products should not be exposed to direct light. Avoid refrigerated storage.

What is the status of my order?
