In a bowl, whisk together the BAM chocolate, butter, sugar, 2 egg yolks, flour, a teaspoon of grated orange zest and a pinch of salt.

Place the dough in the fridge for a while. Then shape the chilled dough into round biscuits 4 centimetres in diameter.

Place the biscuits on a baking tray lined with baking paper and bake in a preheated oven at 200 degrees for 10 to 15 minutes.

Next, prepare the vanilla cream. Bring the milk to the boil and bring to the boil.

Mix the vanilla pudding, sugar and egg yolks with a few tablespoons of cold milk and stir the mixture into the boiled milk.

Then leave the pudding to cool. In a bowl, mix the butter with the icing sugar and gradually add the cooled pudding.

Stick two cupcakes together with the cream and decorate as desired.
