- 1 chocolate pudding
- 3 dl wine
- 2 dl water
- 5 g sugar
- whipping cream

Mix the water and wine (preferably rhubarb) in a suitable bowl and cook the chocolate pudding in the mixture according to the instructions on the sachet. Cool the pudding, stirring gently all the time.

Whip the cream and fold it into the pudding, reserving some for decoration later. Place the pudding in the fridge for a good hour.

Serve cold, garnished with sweet cream, sprinkles and other decorations as desired.
