The jam is suitable for both freezing and baking. The pack also contains BAM vanilla pods, which have an exceptional vanilla flavour and aroma and are therefore suitable for preparing and enriching a wide variety of confectionery. How to store

BAM products should be stored at a temperature between 15 and 20°C, in a dry and dark place. The room temperature should never exceed 25°C and the products should not be exposed to direct light. After opening, keep the Raspberry Fruit Dressing tightly sealed in the refrigerator and use within 5 days.
