Add the whipping cream to the mixing bowl and whisk on medium speed. Slowly add the sugar and BAM vanilla paste and whisk until strong peaks form. Add the mascarpone cheese and mix until the ingredients are combined. Add the coffee and BAM hazelnut spread to the bowl. Dip the biscuits in the coffee (don''t soak them - just dip them quickly on both sides to get them wet) and place them in a layer on the bottom of your chosen baking tray.

Top with half of the mascarpone mixture. Add another layer of soaked biscuits. Spread the remaining mascarpone cream over the top. Sprinkle BAM cocoa powder generously over the top. Refrigerate the tiramisu for at least 3-4 hours or up to overnight before serving.
