  • 75 g melted butter
  • 150 g sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 5 g baking soda
  • 1 teaspoon BAM vanilla paste
  • a pinch of salt
  • 185 g flour
  • 60 g chopped walnuts
  • 2 tablespoons BAM nutty banana spread

Preheat the oven to 180°C. In a large bowl, stir the butter into the mashed bananas with a wooden spoon. Mix together the sugar, egg, BAM nutty banana spread and BAM vanilla paste. Sprinkle the baking soda and salt over the mixture and stir in. Finally, add the flour, stir just enough to mix the ingredients; do not stir too much, the lumps will dissolve on their own.
