The Magic Chocolate Ball confectionery set consists of the BAM baking products that confectionery artist Kimi Zupančič prefers to use in her dessert creations. The set contains BAM Cocoa Powder (500 g), BAM Vanilla Paste (50 ml), BAM Dark Chocolate (250 g), BAM Milk Chocolate Crispy (100 g) and BAM Salted Caramel Topping (200 ml). The combination of products is suitable for both those who are already creating from the recipes of the renowned confectionery artist and for those who are just starting out. BAM chocolates are packaged in convenient packaging so that they do not lose their freshness and authentic taste once opened. The chocolate is shaped into smaller droplets, which allow for faster and more even melting. The salted caramel topping adds to the taste with its luxurious flavour, and the BAM crispy as a decoration is happy to accept all the compliments of the perfectly prepared chocolate ball. Don't forget to add BAM vanilla paste to each dessert for a great taste and a beautiful look.

How to store

BAM products should be stored at a temperature between 15 and 20°C, in a dry and dark place. The room temperature should never exceed 25°C and the products should not be exposed to direct light. Avoid refrigerated storage.
