
Ingredients:
- 1 cup frozen raspberries
- 1/2 banana
- 1/2 cup yoghurt (you can use plain yoghurt, Greek yoghurt or vegetable yoghurt)
- 2 tablespoons sugar-free raspberry jam
- A few ice cubes (optional, for a more refreshing texture)
- BAM Freeze-dried raspberries

In a blender, combine the frozen raspberries, half a banana, yoghurt and raspberry jam.

If you want a more refreshing smoothie, you can also add some ice cubes.

Mix all ingredients on high speed until you have a smooth and creamy smoothie. Pour the smoothie into a glass or bottle.
