The Mono-portion cakes confectionery set contains BAM white (500 g), milk (500 g), dark (500 g) chocolate, BAM cocoa powder (500 g), BAM hazelnut spread (200 g), BAM chocolate-hazelnut spread (200 g), BAM white coconut spread (200 g), and also BAM vanilla paste (50 ml). Mono-portion cakes are a type of confectionery where creativity and imagination know no bounds. It''s all about playing with shapes, flavours and, last but not least, preparation techniques. Mono-portion cakes can quickly conjure up a tray full of dessert pears, apples or strawberries. Who says a cake has to be round? Sandi Planinšek can prepare fruit-shaped mono-portion cakes and mono-portion desserts such as Raffaello and Ferrero Rocher. The products in the set are GLUTEN-FREE.

BAM products should be stored at a temperature between 15 and 20°C, in a dry and dark place. The room temperature should never exceed 25°C and the products should not be exposed to direct light. Avoid refrigerated storage.
