BAM White Coconut Spread has already impressed so many fans of popular Raffaello dessert that we decided to create a larger packaging. Delicious white spread with its creamy and divine taste of coconut and almonds is now also available in 5 kg packaging. It contains at least 29% almonds and at least 14% coconut, together finely ground into a creamy paste that creates a wonderfully delicate and creamy spread texture. The spread is ideal for preparing top-quality desserts, and is also perfect for filling croissants, pies and other pastries. It is also great as an addition to ice cream, spread on pancakes and bread, and you can also make a great mousse from it. It is gluten free.

The spread does not contain palm oil, is genetically modified and gluten-free, and can be used by anyone who avoids gluten. Ingredients

Almond paste (29%), cane sugar, vegetable fats (sunflower oil, cocoa butter), coconut paste (14%) (of which coconut 50%, sugars, aromas), lactose, whole milk powder, sunflower oil, natural flavouring of vanilla.

May contain traces of hazelnut, pistachio, walnut, Pecan nut, Queensland nut, cashew nut, sesame and soy.

How to store

Store at temperature between 15-20°C in a dry and dark place. Room temperature should not exceed 25°C. The product should not be exposed to direct sunlight. Avoid refrigerated storage.
